Paula Doebrich is a Registered Dietitian, Public Health Nutritionist, and the founder of Happea Nutrition, a private nutrition practice in New York City. Before becoming a dietitian, Paula worked as a model internationally. This experience shaped her as a practitioner as she realized the large disconnect between health and societal beauty standards. After chasing the hottest diet trends for years, she decided to understand what was behind each fad. Today, she uses this knowledge in her evidence-based practice. By demystifying diet trends, Paula wants to get clients out of endless trial and error cycles and help them find a diet that supports health. She develops a highly personalized approach for each person and empowers clients to feel good by finding a lifestyle that works long-term. With a diet natural approach, she helps her clients achieve health goals that go beyond just the number on the scale.
Paula completed an undergraduate degree in nutritional sciences at Hamburg University in Germany, where she is from. She earned a Master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition and a Didactic Program in Dietetics at NYU. She completed a Dietetic Internship through Hunter College in New York City.
