Carlee Nussbaum, INHC

Carlee Nussbaum is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and the founder of Clarify Wellness with Carlee. Before becoming a Health Coach, Carlee tried every diet advertised, restricting foods and dealing with a toxic relationship and an unhealthy body image. Going through her health journey, she found a more holistic, balanced, and nonrestrictive way to live, which made her realize that she wanted to help others. She realized how significant lifestyle changes were and their effect on every aspect of your life. This was when she decided to go back to school to take classes at the Institute For Integrative Nutrition to become a Certified Nutrition Health Coach. She is also certified in Emotional Eating Psychology and Hormone Health, which helps her offer a variety of holistic wellness services to her clients.

My background and education

I grew up in New York and attended Quinnipiac University. Afterwards, I continued my education at the Institute For Integrative Nutrition, where I received my Nutrition Health Coach Certification. As well as a specialization in Emotional Eating Psychology and Hormone Health.

I will work with you to figure out the most effective way to be and feel like your best self. I'll coach you and discuss your struggles to find a personalized way to achieve your goals through motivation and implementing new lifestyle changes. My goal is to help you learn long-term tools to help you continue to reach your goals for the rest of your life!

A health coach is your personal health cheerleader, guide and partner. They help you implement lifestyle changes to improve your physical, emotional, and spiritual. A health coach gets you “unstuck” by helping you figure out what’s keeping you from reaching your health goals.
